Health Care Reform
Chelsea H. Hester from the Winchester's Latest Rotary Club came to visit this morning to let us know about all the changes in the Health Care business. Her presentation entitled: "How Health Care Reform Affects Businesses and Individuals" is very helpful as new laws impact all of our business sectors. Thank you Chelsea!
Search and Rescue in Haiti
Jennifer McKay was our featured program speaker. She had an amazing program about her time in Haiti as part of the Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA) Urban Search and Rescue Team. Jennifer and her search and recover dog Rogue were a big hit. She shared some very interesting rescue stories her team made in Haiti after the earthquake.

The Rotary Club of Frederick County celebrates birthdays that make everyone feel like a kid again.
President Elect and Sergant-at-Arms Kitty Zuckerman dishes out the hats and glasses for birthday celebrations - all as part of her effort to raise schlorship funds for Sherando High School students. Then the club joins in with a version of "Happy Birthday" that is quite unique. If you want the good version it costs. All the proceeds go directly to the schlorship fund.
