Rotary Challenge...

Contribute to Rotary's $200 Million Challenge

Rotary's US$200 Million Challenge is the Rotary Foundation's response to the two grants totaling $355 million from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to help eradicate polio. Every dollar given to PolioPlus will be counted toward the $200 million match, which must be completed by 30 June 2012.

What is your address? Let us know...

Governor Tracy has asked me to appeal to you for help in updating the e-mail addresses of all our club members. If you could help me with this matter I would be so appreciative.
Can you do one of the following: 1) appeal to your members to check their email, because each Rotarian can edit their own record OR 2) print a list of your members with their contract information and ask them to check it for accuracy during a club meeting - then have one person in your club with permission to edit club records update the data. Sometimes a Rotarian doesn't even know their e-mail is incorrect.
In general we have about 90% of our members with accurate e-mail addresses but even 10% incorrect addresses means that 400 emails are returned each time we try to reach all Rotarians across the District.
If you could help with this matter I would be so appreciative. Please let me know if you have any questions or would like help with the process.
Thanks for all you do for Rotary
