Rotary International Group Study Exchange (GSE) Team Brazil will be visiting the Club and present a brief program about their travels.

The program will feature the 2010 District 7570 Drug and Alcohol Abuse Prevention Speech Contest, third place winner, Caitlyn Petrosky, from Sherando High School. Ms. Petrosky was sponsored by the Frederick County Rotary Club at the District-wide competition held at Virginia Tech recently.
March 29, 2011 meeting
Malcolm Van de Reit II will be the featured program speaker. Mr Van de Reit II will provide an overview of the apartment markets for the region.

Dr. James A. Mosher, Executive Director, Board Member for the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay, Inc. is presenting a program about the Alliance and the impacts of the region on the Chesapeake Bay. Dr. Mosher is an accomplished outdoorsman and avid sailor. He holds a master's degree in wildlife biology and a Ph.D. in Zoology From Brigham Young University. Dr. Mosher has held faculty positions in wildlife research and teaching at the Naval Arctic Research Lab, University of Minnesota School of Veterinary Medicine and the University of Maryland's Appalachian Environmental Lab.
A brief PR Committee will be held following the meeting to confirm meeting programs and review press releases for March and April 2011 meetings. PR Committee members, Monthly Speaker Coordinators and members interested in serving on the PR Committee are invited.

Rotarians Against Hunger, an Area 1 International Service Project in support of "Stop Hunger Now", will package meals at the Leslie Fox Keyser Elementary School on Stonewall Drive in Front Royal. This is a joint project with our Skyline Interact Club.
