ANNUAL THANKSGIVING DINNER ROUND-UP
Each year our club has it's ANNUAL THANKSGIVING DINNER ROUND-UP to help families in our community. What better way to help than feed a family and their children? You can see the benifit of your donation going to work right here and now by helping a local family in need.
On Tuesday, Novermber 23, 2010 before and after our regular meeting collection of the Thanksgiving Dinners will take place. A few of our members will bring their trucks and vans to help collect and distribute the meals we bring that day.
If you have any questions please call Tammy Stevenson or Jim Stutzman. If you cannot make the meeting that day and have a Thanksgiving Dinner to give call Tammy or Jim to make arrangements.
So here is what you need to bring on Tuesday morning, November 23, 2010 for the gift dinner basket:
Place all items in a box or container - this way we can be sure the complete dinner is delivered all in one package. Yes! You can bring more than one dinner or item. Extras are always welcome.
THANKSGIVING DINNER BASKET (BOX) ITEMS:
12 to 15 pound frozen turkey
1 - jar or can of gravey
1 package of stuffing
1 large can of sweet potatoes or yams
1 bag of small marshmellows
2 cans of green beans
2 can of cranberry sauce
1 package of rolls
1 frozen pie of some type
Additional items are welcome.
Additional meals are welcome.
This year the needs of our community are greater than ever. Please help our club achieve 100% with this event. We have 44 members in our club. With 100% we can help 44 families this Thanksgiving.
