Please RSVP by Monday Noon, November 30th if you plan to attend or not attend the Club Christmas Party at Historic Jordan Springs. So far it looks like we have 55 Club Members, GSE Team Members and guests planning to attend. Thank you.

DONATION: Please bring some canned food items or a toy to the event. By doing so, you will be eligible to participate in voting for your favorite Holiday display. This is an annual charity activity conducted by Historic Jordan Springs with the proceeds collected from the votes to be distributed to our charity partner for the evening of our party. Winners will be eligible for additional prizes if they vote on the most popular room this year.

December 01, 2009 - Tuesday Morning at 7:30 am - Regular meeting at Shenandoah University - Gifted & Independent Studies with Sherando Students and Teacher Robin Owens

December 01, 2009 - Tuesday from 3:00 to 8:00 pm - Rotary members Salvation Army Bell Ringing at Rt. 50 Wal-Mart

Why not stop and visit with your Rotarian friends that are taking time to ring bells for the Salvation Army? Show your support - even if just for a drive-by minute.
Be sure to bring some $$$ to toss in the pot during our Club's time at the bell. Bring the bell ringer some hot chocolate and cookies too!

Rotary Club of Frederick County 2009 Christmas Party Invitation

DATE: December 5th, 2009—Saturday

WHERE: Historic Jordan Springs, LLC., 1160 Jordan Springs Rd., Stephenson, VA 22656

TIME: 6:30pm to 10pm

DRESS: Festive!!!!

COST: $15 TOTAL (whether you bring your spouse, friend, other or come alone)

DIRECTIONS:
1. From Exit 317 off of I-81, take Rte. 11 NORTH and make a RIGHT onto Rte. 761 Old Charles Town Road that becomes Jordan Springs Road. Go about 1.2 miles and HISTORIC JORDAN SPRINGS will be on your RIGHT. Look for lights and Christmas decorations

2. From Rte. 7 coming in or out of Winchester, look for Woods Mill Road signs and follow. Once on Woods Mill Road follow to STOP sign and make a LEFT on Jordan Springs Road and about 500 yards at the bottom of the hill HISTORIC JORDAN SPRINGS will be on your LEFT. Look for lights and Christmas decorations.
