Dr. Tracy Fizsimmons is pinned by Eric Adamson
Dr. Tracy Fitzsimmons, Shenandoah University President was inducted as an honorary member of the Rotary Club of Frederick County. This special Club honor and program was attended by Rotary International Vice President and Director Eric Adamson as well as Rotary District 7570 Governor Ron Napier and Assistant District Governor Ron Mabry.
