Rotarian and Past President Bill Old is given the "Bear" hat today for his hard work and dedication to the On-line Auction underway. Bill along with John Brubaker have been working to make the auction a great success. The On-line Auction started November 1, 2010 and will last until November 19, 2010. This fall fundrasiser for our club benifits two local charities and provides seed funds for other club events. The charities are Healthy Families of the Northern Shenandoah Valley and the Childrens Discovery Museum. The auction event has grown from a silent auction conducted as part of the club's Family Fun Day event held each year to a stand alone event.Take time to view the auction site, register and bid. There are plenty of great items for eveyone.
