OK fellow Rotarians, the 2012 On-Line Auction is now officially underway and will launch Nov. 7 and close Nov. 28.

We have already received some great donated items. Thanks to those donors!

Sponsors now include:

Thanks to our generous sponsors.

The success of the auction depends on your support and participation.

This is how you can help us achieve our goal of raising $10,000:
- Get donated items. Try for quality items valued at $100 or more.
- Get sponsors. Just ask someone you know. If they say "no”, ask them to donate an auction item.
- Spread the word.  Send the link to your family, friends and other contacts.
- Be a donor. Gift cards sell well.
- Be a sponsor. We have sponsorship opportunities for all levels. ($100, $250, $500, $1,000)
- Register to bid. It’s quick and easy, plusBidders make the world go around.

These are important things to tell prospective donors/sponsors/bidders.

Several thousand people in our area will soon know about the auction.

Bidders from around the world can participate.

Business donors receive the benefit of having their business logo displayed.

Individual donors receive recognition.

Sponsorship levels for individuals and every business size.  Why not sign up your favorite charity or school as a sponsor (win-win-win!)

-$100 sponsors will be listed as supporters of the auction.

-$250 sponsors will have their logo on the auction home page with a link to their website

-$500 sponsors will have their logo displayed on the auction home page with a link to their website and on e-mails to the auction contact list either every time or rotating, depending on space available

-$1,000 sponsors will have their logo displayed on the auction page and every catalog page with link to their website.  Plus the logo will be part of the auction e-mails, space permitting, that are mailed to the auction contact list.
