Rotary Diplomats vs. Harlem Ambassadors Committee Meeting

BASKETBALL GAME UPDATE
The basketball game is scheduled for March 22, 2013, 7:00 p.m. - Sherando High School. Our local team is called the Rotary Diplomats and will be coached by Joe Jacoby.
The Harlem Ambassadors offer a unique brand of Harlem-style basketball, featuring high-flying slam dunks, dazzling ball-handling tricks and hilarious comedy routines. The Ambassadors feature non-stop laughs and deliver a positive message for kids wherever the Ambassadors play. This is an excellent family event especially for middle school-aged children
We recommend buying advance tickets. Seating is limited and is general admission. Tickets will be available at the door depending upon the number remaining from advance sales. We will try to update everyone via face book about ticket sales.

Tickets and posters have been distributed for sale at Tuesday’s meeting. Some have been mailed to members that were not at the meeting. Our retail outlets for tickets are:

  Bell’s Fine Clothing on the Old Town Mall (Loudoun Avenue – You can enter Bell’s back door behind BB&T off of Cameron Street with the construction if you want.)

How important is face book for this event? REALLY IMPORTANT!

Pass our face book posts to your friends and family. Find a teenager and ask them to post the information and share it with their friends. When you share our posts and like our site we reach more people. Our demographics are the 40 to 60+ age group we need the help of a somewhat younger group to share the information about the game. Have your children or grandchildren like our face book site or the basketball event. Ask them to share the posts about the game.
